I have dealt with my fair share of terrible contractors, but these guys are something else. They were working on my neighbor's sewage line and needed to get into my yard to finish it. The owner informed me it would be a small, four-inch hole. The next day my Grandfather died. The owner came over again that day to DEMAND that he be let into my yard because he actually needed to dig an 8-foot trench. He did not care that I was obviously busy dealing with my grandfather's death. He threatened police action if I did not let him in that day. Rather than deal with it, I left the hospital and let him in. He told me it would be one hour to dig the hole and then they'd be gone. They did not even start digging until 7 hours later. That hole is still there two weeks later because the company is ghosting both me and the neighbor who hired them. My neighbor had to fill in his hole by himself.

This was not an Quigley builders project. It was a plumbing project and we are not a plumbing company. There is confusion somewhere. But to add to that, Unfortunately we can not cover the ditch until the city approves the work, nor can we backfill during rain when everything is muddy. This complete and has been since last week. The work is completed as promised. We apologize that the city took longer than expected and that we got rain when we did. All work is completed. Passed by the city. This builder had to get into our backyard to finish repairing a new neighbor's sewer line. Jason, who said he was owner of business, told us his plumbers would.need to dig a small trench, just barely inside the property line. His crew did not show up until several hours past the time he said they would be there. When we checked back, the crew had dug a hole that was about 4 feet deep and 2.5 feet wide. That was almost two weks ago and they still haven't been back to fill it in, despite several calls to Quigley. The property owner who was having the work done told us they hadn't been back to complete the job he hired them for and hadn't filled in trench in his side of fence either. Will be seeking legal help to get this issue resolved.Quigley Builders, LLC Response

Very unprofessional told me the I would get a quote in a week two months went by trying to call several times left messages finally called him on another phone he answered right away was surprised to hear my voice and made excuses said he would send a quote to me and he did way to much even if it was only 1 dollar I would not hire him to build because of lack of communication and trust
