My wife and I went to see ************************* on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 9:45 PM. We sat at the last table near the kitchen. My wife and I have been to several comedy shows and never in our lives were the employees so loud and disruptive that we could not hear the comedian. The comedian himself, literally pointed out that they were being too loud three times, and for the final time, he said, "someone needs to tell them to either get louder or shut the f*** up". One of the employees finally went in the back after people started complaining to tell them to quiet down more than once, but it didn't help. My wife and I are highly displeased with the Arlington Improv. I am requesting a refund or employee retraining and free tickets to another show of our choosing at a later date.Business response

I purchased a ticket for a table of 8 people in November 2022 for the ******************* comedy show that was to take place in March 2023 (Order# M7X2WHLYK). In January, I received an email that the show was moved to October. In September preparing to attend the October show it was discovered that the show was abruptly moved back to June therefore we missed the show. It is not our fault that there was not proper notification. There should have been a text notification. I went to the box office and spoke with ********************** and was told that I needed to get in touch with the general manager, ***********************. The phone number on business card routes back to box office also he has not responded to my email which was sent on Sept 8th, 2023. I should not have to forfeit $445.46 due to constant change in dates along with improper communication on the venues end. I should receive full or partial refund or at least tickets to another show.Business response

Hello,
The complaint on the part of ********************* is legit, it is something that has slipped through the cracks. We had several refunds we had to do, and I must have missed this one. I apologize for the inconvenience and have refunded the full amount. I hope this has not ruined any future visits to the Arlington Improv. It is our goal to give guests the best experience possible. Attached is a picture of the refund to ************** and ************** should also receive an email with the refund details. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.
