After install of my new unit, I called Texas HVAC Repair LLC several times and sent messages several times asking for repair to the new system which was damaged upon transit and install. I attempted contact from May 2024 to June 2024. ******, the field supervisor, would not respond to my calls or messages nor dispatch a technician. ******, the service *** was so kind and helpful, but she was unable to get ****** to respond or get a technician to make the repair. They attempted to send a technician, ******, who forgot the tool to make the repair and he tried scraping the unit with a flathead screwdriver which caused a little bit worse damage. ****** mentioned he would try to get the tool from ********** but did not call back. When I called and spoke with *****, the inside supervisor, ***** was unwilling to assist me and he scolded me for asking for explanation of services. I asked why the permit cost double what the City of Bedford charges and he said it is what it is, no one is above the law, not even the president. Im not sure what he meant by that, but I had to do the city inspection when they arrived, as the technician from Texas HVAC Repair LLC did not show up. They billed for plenum modifications which were not made, code upgrades which were not made, and installation of new unit which was not fully completed after I paid them, as the repair was not made after I called and sent messages for three months. I ask that Texas HVAC Repair LLC refund the price of the items which were not completed and discontinue advertising three items: ***************** Service after the sale, and Competitive pricing. These advertisements are misleading compared to their actual service.

It began on 11/18 with an online request for service:My furnace has been out since before 11/18. When I returned from vacation on the 18th I realized my heat was out. I have Cinch through TXU that is supposed to cover my HVAC system. I put in a ticket for service. The tech from Texas HVAC Repair came on 11/21 and said he knew what the problem was and could fix it. Turned out that wasn't true. He said that he needed to order the part. It was the week of Thanksgiving, so I knew nothing would happen, even though he said he'd try to put a rush on it. Of course nothing happened. Monday the 27th I hadn't heard anything so I called. The woman who answered the phone said she was going to work "Cinch" (the warranty company contracted by TXU) orders that day and order the part. I immediately got confirmation that the part had been ordered via text. The tech came Sat. 12/2. Those parts didn't work. He determined that the system needed to be replaced. Said he'd get with Cinch for approval and get it ordered. The woman at TX HVAC Repair ordered the "wrong" furnace on 12/5 so I was told. The install tech said he'd get with Cinch to get authorization to reorder. I've called everyday asking for an escalation to no avail. As of today, 12/11/23, I still don't have heat. No one has reached out to give me an update of any kind. I had another company come Friday, 12/8 (***** Air) for an assessment. He wrote up an analysis and showed pics. The system is dismantled, wires cut, parts missing, and the pipe that should remove Carbon Monoxide from the house is cracked. ***** could have fixed/replaced ****** but did not want to work behind another company. He said the furnace wasn't hard to find. This company was stringing me along. I need heat.
