Hi - They overbilled me both on pick and delivery.. these guys are thugs! PLEASE DONT USE THEM. for any moves. Also, lot of damages on my goods... there is a gamplan as to how they ******* their customers.is there an agency i can appeal to? Where's consumer protection from these THUGS ?Regards

Company conducted a virtual review of our household contents and storage lacker. Their estimate was based on that virtual inventory. The estimate did seem low but I expected such since the final price **** be governed by volume. The way items would be packed would ultimately determine final price. However, they underestimated volume by more than 20%! Looking back on it now it feels as though that was a deliberate move on their part to submit a competitive price and rely on up-charges on delivery for adjustments to volume.They did offer us 30 days free storage at their climate controlled warehouse. Since this was a long distance move to a house that was not to be ready for 4 weeks from loading day, that was a big savings for us.Loading the truck was fairly easy and organized. Unloading at the new house was chaotic. Delivery team did not verify items unloaded by the inventory number placed on each item during loading. So it was impossible to know what was actually delivered until all of our unpacking was complete. It turns out several items are missing and now we are faced with a rather onerous claims process. The items missing must be documented with original purchase receipts. Many of the items were purchased 5, 10 or 15 years ago. Those receipts are long gone. At this time we are in limbo to see what comes back to us about our claim.We believe some of their practices are deceptive and simply warn other potential customers to be very wary. We do not recommend Condor Moving Systems.

This company low balled the quote amount to get the business, and then on the day of the move (after items were on truck at new location it changed. I provided exact parameters for move (distance from ***************** of items to move) along with grandfather clock). They quoted me $1300.00. On the morning of move, sales person called and said 'we need to upgrade your crew from 3 men to 4 men because it is hot in ***** and lot of the men called out). He stated that would change the rate from $215.00 per hour to $299.00 per hour; however, don't worry...the cost should even out at the end since with additional men, entire move should go faster. I said ok to that because he stated 'cost should even out at the end' and that made sense if they were using additional men. After arriving at new location they would not unload until I agreed to pay nearly $2,000.00. Basically held my items hostage on the truck until I agreed to the increase. When I said I was given a quote and there were even less items being moved than in my quote, the crew leader then called the company and had who I think was the owner on the conference call with the sales person and me, standing at the front door while my items were still on the truck. Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically blamed me for increase in price, which was extremely unfair as I had given exact distance to elevator and provided exact items to be moved to sales person (and nothing had changed). My ***** mile move from ******** to ***** a year ago was smooth, but moving 3 miles to new location in next city over with Condor was a complete nightmare. Also, they claim to be experts at ANTIQUE and GRANDFATHER CLOCK moving. This is why I chose them, but movers handled brass pendulum and weights with bare hands (did not even use gloves to ensure oils, sweat and dirt from hands did not transfer). $5,000.00 clock also does not work now. Next time I will use professionals. Would give 0 STARS if I could.

Initially I wanted to give this company a good review, but they lied to me. They reassured my things would arrive safely and they did not. I ensured to speak with the dispatch soon after my things were delivered to advise my sons brand new bicycle was missing. I also sent photos of my broken and damaged things. I was instructed to file a claim. I had to wait 3 months to be noticed by anthem (insurance company) that my claim did not meet the 500$ deductible to be reimbursed for my things. What a scam. They called me consistently in the beginning to obtain my business, but failed once they received my money. I even gave the company a chance to correct this after the insurance company provided their decision. I was advised to file more paperwork. Why should I have to continue to complete these forms when this company was at fault. Now I have to replace/ repair my own things. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I SINCERELY WOULD. Simply because they lied, they reassured me, and failed to follow through!

Condor Moving Systems is the best moving company have seen this far!! NO HIDDEN FEE, the owner is very nice, honest and up front on how much! I will most definitely use these guys again! The movers was friendly as well. They went above and beyond to help us!!!

These movers were super responsive and highly professional. They work very fast!! They arrived on time, properly wrapped all my furniture and did an awesome job. Also very friendly! I will be using them again in the future.

These guys from condor moving system were great!!! No BS. Honest and hard working guys that went above and beyond for me when I was moving apartments. They handled my fragile items with extreme care and did so in a timely manner. The owner was very helpful as this was my first time using movers and he was very straight forward, honest and did me a solid by willing to send his team a little further to accommodate my needs as a client. This was a great first time experience.

Crew provided very professional, friendly, and efficient service. They really went above and beyond helping us move around some of the furniture in the new house from room to room, so that we'd have everything where we needed it to be. Thank you so much for your kind help! We will definitely suggest you the next time we hear of any friends or colleagues moving in this area!

When I tell you using Condor was one of the worst decisions Ive ever made, I absolutely mean it. The lies and lack of professionalism from the company is mind blowing. Over 50% of our items were delivered broken, even the items they packed and promised us would be delivered safely. The delivery driver for our move hired people from ********** that had ZERO moving experience. They didnt have background checks or anything, just random people from the internet that had no idea what they were doing. Boxes were thrown off the truck, items were treated with no respect, and the office staff had nothing to say. They wouldnt ************* or call me back. Not only are we out thousands of dollars for the move but were out over $5,000 in replacing items that Condor broke. Stay far far away from this company. Dont make the same mistake we did.

My recent move to ********** was done by Condor Moving Services. They were professional and did an awesome job. They arrived on time and completed the entire moving process within a very short period of time. They will always be top of my suggestion list.
