Called to ask the cost for having someone to come out and unlock my car, and was told $65-85. However, when the technician (a *** in a car who parked in the middle of the road and pulled a slim *** out of his trunk) completed the job, I was told the cost was $120 with an additional service fee. I was never provided a receipt. I called to query the additional charge and the *** on the phone asked if I was charged more than $65-85, and then said he would call the technician and get back to me. I called back and was told that sometimes they charge a service fee, which is additional to the charge for the service, though this was never mentioned as a seperate charge. The *** said he would follow up with a superior/manager and get back to me but never did, and now will not return calls.Initial Complaint

When I question the accuracy I was referred back to the **** I received email contact details to submit my complaint and was offer a 15% refund which per the online advertisement should have been given to me initially as a discount in the first place. My issue with this ordeal is I wasnt provided with the complete pricing details from the beginning to help me make an informed decision even though I specifically asked for that information. Im attaching the original online advertisement, the invoice (retrospectively updated to reflect the refund, and the email conversation.
