      8/2 I purchased 2 dozen cookies for a total of $48.00. the business appears to be out of business as there is no webpage anylonger and no phone number to contact anyone. I have emailed the "contact us" info email and received no replies. The money was taken immediately and I have not received the product. The oder number is on the attachment and I would just like my money back at this point. I have placed a dispute with PayPal in hopes of receiving the money back. They are the ones who sent out an email with the buy one doz for and get the second free. But now they dont seem to be in business anylonger. I think the whole thing was a scam!

      Order #****** was placed on April 14, 2023. On April 17, 2023 I received an email stating that the shipping label was created and that I could track the shipment. Their website was down for one week after I received the confirming email. Since then there has been no updates regarding shipping through **** The *** tracking number is *** tracking number: 1ZB4855X0310105576. I emailed the company numerous times with screen shots and received one reply stating that it was sent out and I can track it through this number. They have $114.00 from my credit card and will not reply to any further emails. There are no phone numbers for customer service on their website.

      On April 10, 2023 I placed an order for 2 dozen cookies from Wunderkeks, and have not received so much as a shipping notice, let alone any cookies.I have tried to call them-the number is bogus-and written several emails none of which have been respobded to.I checked my account on their website, and I see that the cookies have been charged for, but status is unfulfilled I have been a custimer of this company for a long time, and will now not be any longer They have double charged me in the past for items I never recrivrd, and would not send a refund or credit my account.I was foolish to continue doing business with them after that Any resolution you could accomplish is appreciated

      An order was placed with Wunderkeks on 02/08/2-23. The order was being shipped to a little girl Alexandria, the wrong address was inadvertently put as the shipping address. Attempts were made to reach the postal service in *******, when able to finally reach someone the package had been sent back to Wunderkeks ****** ** address. Their customer service phone number does not work, and I have sent them numerous emails to ******************************** trying to reach them, no one has had the decency to reach out and acknowledge me and my issue, nothing crickets. The cost of my order was $50.21, my order number: ******, I would like a refund! Or send the package back to me, so that I can throw it away since I paid for it! I am extremely disappointed, I have been ordering from this company for the last couple of years, wished I had read the BBB reviews before doing business with them and recommending friends and family, whom I have since contacted and warned them to stay away from this company, that takes your money but if you have an issue and need customer service youre on your own. I am angry and frustrated, I can truly say this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I will never do business with Wunderkeks ever again! A FYI for Wunderkeks if a business has excellent customer service you will have a customer for life, bad customer service it will spread like wildfire, I alone can reach over 100 people. Wunderkeks just lost someone who was a loyal customer!

      On 10/13/22 I placed order for 4 day shipping and still have not received it but however the monies have been taken out of my bank account. I sent several emails and still no response from them at all. This order was for a ****** and I want a refund or my shipment asap.

      On 2/1 I placed an order to Wunderkeks for 2 gigantic cookies, I also paid for 2-day shipping. The total cost was aroudn $64.95. The items came a week later (not two days), and I contacted customer service. They have ignored any request by me for a refund since they did not deliver a parishable good timely. Next, I mentioned that I ordered two items, only one was sent. Wunderkek refused to refund, despite charging me twice, for an item I received only one of. I emailed them, and they wanted me to provide a photo of the item that they didn't send me. I have contacted my Credit card to report a fraud issue given that they did not perform the service of delivering the goods ordered.

      I purchased cookies from this company and my account auto populated to my address after filling out the original address I wanted them sent to, my grandmothers as this was to be a Christmas gift. I contacted the company immediately after placing the order requesting to change the address. 24 hours later I received shipment tracking followed by an email stating the address change was not allowed as they already shipped my order and asked me to contact **** I emailed back after contacting *** who stated it would be over 80 dollars to change the delivery address, but that they hadnt received the order, the shipping label had only been printed by the company. I then contacted the company through their website virtual assistant, as this is the only way to reach customer service. And was told that there was nothing they could do as the order was on its way to **** Once the package started tracking with *** I contacted *** once again to have the delivery address changed. *** stated the company put a restriction on the package and they would need to speak with them, however they did not list a phone number for either myself or *** to contact and are refusing to answer any follow up correspondence. Essentially there is no way to contact this company for any discrepancies and you will be met with either a refusal to respond or an error message when you reach out to them. And no way to reach a live person. How is this legal?
