This business is extremely unethical. I'd ordered from them previously so I was on their mailing list. Mid-April 2023 I received an email offer from Wunderkeks with a promo code offering a free half dozen cookies, the premise being related to paying income tax and the idea of getting something for free to ease the pain. I was incented by this offer to place an order for a dozen cookies, using the promo code.. Based on the promo, I should have received 18 cookies. Instead, I received the dozen I paid for and received nothing more. I reached out to the company via their email address (they provide no customer service telephone number). I never received any response or follow up from them. Their product is mediocre at best and I would not have placed this order had it not been for the promo. Buyer Beware!Review from Frances S

My order of their Greatest Hits Variety Pack for my daughter's birthday was NEVER delivered. Delivery app shows that package was returned to sender. I contacted them through their refund request email address with no response; and they have NO method of actual contact. Based on their performance on this order, I will NEVER order from them again and ADVISE OTHERS TO HEED THIS REVIEW..Review from Stacy M

Well their product might be good their customer service is awful. You can only contact them by email or their online form. They have not respond to any of my emails. I ordered five dozen cookies from them which I have ordered multiple times over the last few years. This time I only received three of the five. I have written to them repeatedly with no response. I now have to file a refund through my credit card since they won't respond and make good on my order. On here you can see there are many complaints like this and unfortunately I will never order from them again and I would use caution if you order because if something goes wrong you will never hear from them. DO NOT SUPPORT them since they do not care about their customers!Review from Sondra L

Sounds similar to the other complaints. I ordered a box for my sister's birthday and they delivered them to my address, the billing address, not the recipient. I contacted them via email, phone, and istagram about getting the order resent or getting my money back and they refused to refund my money. I can't just send them to my sister now, they'll go bad by the time they get there. Im never buying from them again.Review from Kristen D

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a dozen cookies, with birthday filler in the box. They provided an offer that if I registered for email updates, I could upgrade my order to include an half dozen cookies. Despite trying multiple times to use the offer code, it would not work. I immediately reached out to the company but they would not honor the discount code for the additional cookies. I also paid for 2 day expedited shipping on this order. Not only did the order not go out with expedited delivery, it never went out at all. I followed up three times, and it was still never sent. I requested a refund multiple times. It was not provided. My last efforts to get a refund were ignored. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company.Review from E. G

The company DOES NOT care about the customer. Third time now I have ordered product and paid for express shipping to receive it in time for what it was needed for. Sent a message to the company expressing the need for the product by a certain time and that extra was paid for express shipping. They shipped anyhow and standard so product was not received in time which was a waste of money and when I got home 2 weeks later the product had been sitting on my doorstep in the hot sun and was no good. A total waste of money. They have NO WAY to talk with them since no phone number is provided and this must be for a reason. They do not care about anything but asking your money. Do not waste your time ordering anything from these people as you will be just as frustrated and disappointed as I am.Review from Edy B

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I placed an Order on December 19, 2021 hoping to get the Cookies by Xmas, as stated on their Advertisement along with pictures of these tasty ooey gooey Cookies.. So, I purchased these for $41.36, and never received it. Customer service is bad, as I emailed several times and along with calling.. No answer or return calls. I hope this business stops cheating people and STOP using false advertisement. I give this business ZERO rating..Review from WEAVER T

Did not receive my order, not able to contact by telephone..No email responses. This has got to be a scam!
