      Several representatives from Its just lunch are promising something and then once payments have been made are saying the opposite. First I was made to believe my membership would involve a trial, not true. Even with the lies they refuse to refund me. I did not use their service but one time and it was a HORRIBLE experience. They do not do anything they say they will do to ensure the safety of their clients. Then they said my membership was transferable. And now they are saying it is not. This business is a TOTAL SCAM. When the issues and problems and lies are addressed that they are saying, they insist on MORE money to fix the problem! I have tried SEVERAL times to get my deserved refund back! They lie and lie and lie and lie. They need to be stopped!! I need a full refund as soon as possible.

      *** regrets to learn the consumer has not enjoyed her experience as this is not the norm. The consumer was provided her membership agreement prior to executing it and had as much time as necessary to review and ask any questions pertaining to the membership and how and when the services would be provided. The consumer executed the agreement accepting the terms of service and was accepted into the *** program. The membership agreement outlines the cancellation terms and the inability to transfer the agreement. We have contacted the consumer directly to address her concerns, however,we have not received a response to our most recent correspondence. We hope to hear back from her soon to address her concerns.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is NOT the case and that is NOT true!

      I am still waiting on a response from IJL from my last email! NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!

      My concerns are NOT being addressed and I need a full refund IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

      I was NEVER given a membership agreement to read BEFORE OR AFTER being COERCED into giving my credit card information over the phone when I REPEATEDLY said I was NOT ready and I WAS ONLY calling to gather more information first!!

      And then NONE of the services were as outlined in the introductory call! Everything was a lie!

      I DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING ANY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AT ALL!!! I was never sent anything!!!!!!! Not before!! Not even AFTER I was forced to give my credit card information!! NO WHERE does it say ANYTHING in ANY communication from IJL that the membership is non fundable!!!!!!!

      NOTHING WAS SENT TO ME!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

      IJL contacted the consumer on January 25th, we have not additional communication from her directly to IJL since that time. We urge her to call us at ************ or email *************************** as we have not received any correspondence from her since that time. The membership agreement was sent to the consumer before she signed it, as well as after she signed it an executed copy was sent to her email address. Thank you.

      Ive called the number provided and now left two voicemails. I got an email and no one can talk to me until the 27th of February now apparently. I am fine to wait until then to talk to **** but I need my refund as soon as possible. This case is not closed until then.
