I ordered this giftcard on 8/7/2024. I received it in the mail on 8/9/2024 We tried to use it on 8/12/2024 and it wouldn't go through at merchant so we called number on card to check balance and it says card is invalid. I have called a d emailed the company and even sent ******** message and No one will respond. The phone just keep saying leave a messageBusiness response

I'm sorry to hear that we failed getting the gift card loaded, but there was an activation issue with the merchant that has since been rectified.
