I was working with ******************************* and Bee Delightful on a partnership agreement. Our contract states that if one million in sales was achieved in a 12 month period that we would become equal partners in each others businesses. I would receive 40% of Bee Delightful and ******************************* would receive 40% of QloudPack.We agreed on a fulfillment contract in which ******************************* would fulfill the orders and keep 25% as his fee for processing the orders and I would keep 75%. After the net profit. He later added on an hourly wage on top of his 25% fulfillment fee because he felt his time was worth more than our contract delivered. On the next round of orders he increased the hourly wage to $35 from $20 and again didn't give me an option. I explained that he is breaking our contract and that I felt like I was being forced under duress since he was holding all of my product and all of my money and I did not have a say in the matter. I said we need to renegotiate the contract and I would be open to it. Instead he ignored me and he charged my card for more shipping and hourly wages without my permission. This caused me to end our partnership agreement. He is currently holding all of my product and the revenue generated from sales. I've written the Attorney General and I'm working on my paperwork to take this to the courts.Please do your research before working with ******************************* and Bee Delightful or the company he used to charge my credit card DBA "Some Dudes Farm".
