I hired this company in October 2021 to do yard work for our house. We agreed on a price and they came and did the work. Unfortunately, I learn later that some of the work was not completed correctly because they had covered up some of the area with mulch so I couldn't see that they never removed the roots of the bushes that they were supposed to do that we had agreed on. I found this out about 8 weeks later when the **** started to come back up. I also hired this company to do my lawn service for 6 months and I paid up front for the service. After about 6 weeks, they didn't show up anymore. I found out from my neighbor, that the company had told him that they are not coming anymore. I reach out to the company by calling and texting several times and no response at all. Finally after me sending him some texts where I told him I was going to take some action - he responds back. However, he says he's done nothing wrong and everyone makes mistakes. I tell him he needs to come and compete the work I had paid for and also give me my money back for the lawn service I had paid upfront for that he's completely ignoring to do. He writes back that he will give me $200 back for the service he never completed and I say ok. From that moment on, I never heard back from the guy. I have called him again and texted him several times but no communication at all. This company is extremely unprofessional and very unethical. They owe me money for service that I have paid for and they have not completed the work that I originally paid for back in October.I also find out from my neighbor, that he still owes him another yard service that he has paid for in November 2021. My neighbor has tried contacting him as well but no response back.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The business has reached out to me and trying to settle this. However, it has not been done yet. When it has been solved- I will be happy to quit this process and be done with this.

Yes we have I told him the 25th when I get paid I will pay him 100$ and than the next pay check 2 week from the 25 will be the other 100$. About the **** removal im being kind and im not sure when I can do that. The invoice I gave him and we did a walk through after we had provided our service and he had paid for it. I dont recall adding a **** removal but Im doing that out of kindness because realistically if we want to get in depth I can show you the invoice he had sign indicating our services was completed and he was satisfied.
