      Dear BECU Dispute Claims:I filled out the form and paid the fee and received nothing in return.I do know how to check my spam. There was nothing in it.Most of all the company did not respond at all as hundreds share the same experience as mine. I contacted the company by email on the day of purchase 9/19 and on the day after 9.20 No response whatsoever. I have double checked my spam folder and did a search on the email and company name in my email client. No response whatsoever. I did look at other Review sites before using the service but these sites with glowing reviews are obviously run by or influence by the deed claim site itself.I recieve Contact Information from the Better Business Bureau site and tried to call that. It says This number is currently busy, Please try again. It has been a week since I paid $59.99 for a worthless ************* of experience: July 01, 2024 I would like their rating dropped from BBB A Plus as they are a fraudulent company. People rely on you.

      My wife made a internet request for a deed claim 02/10/2022 paying $59.99 on credit card. We have received nothing in return and I made a request for a refund 02/11/2022. Received the following reply:Hi ****,We can't cancel a charge for a product that you have already purchased and received.       DeedClaim provides legal documents known as deeds that are used to transfer real estate (digital product). This customer purchased a deed from us on Feb 10, at 6:08 PM. The product was delivered by email to ****************** immediately upon purchase. I have attached copies of the email along with the documents, which incliude a timestamp indicating the time of purchase. 

      I have also attached a screenshot of the customer's confirmation that the documents would be emailed to the email address provided. The customer had to review this notice to confirm that the email address was correct and click "Finalize" to complete the order. 

      Note that the email address listed on the legal documents matches the email address as shown on your records, indicating that this product was purchased by the this customer. And, as evidenced by the attached email, the product was delivered to this customer at the time of purchase. 

      The most likely problem is that the customer's spam filter caught the email from our company and the customer did not think to, or does not know how to, check his spam folder. We can help our customers with these types of issues, but this customer did not indicate that he did not receive the documents. The customer's email simply read "Cancel this charge Receipt #****-3748   $59.99." As we replied to the customer, we cannot "cancel" a charge that has already been completed. The product had already been purchased. We can work with customers to locate documents they cannot find in their email system, but this customer did not give us that opportunity.
