On November 2021 a package I ordered was delisted to the wrong address. This was confirmed by the *********** phone number ************. The driver tried to retrieve my package but the person from the wrong address did not respond. I tried to file a complaint to different phone numbers in several times but they always told me they cant do anything about this. I asked them if is not ilegal to keep other people package. Since we are a *** Store, any and all packages that are incoming into ****** are handled and delivered by the corporate ***, not us. The *** Store is a franchise business, operating separately from the trucks delivering packages to ****** residents. We are only responsible for the packages that particularly leave our store. Any issues with the delivery of packages in ****** the person must call ************** (1-800-PICK***). Thanks! - *******, General Manager
