Never had a problem. Ive accidentally entered bad info a couple times but a quick phone call gets it fixed.

Dealt with both **** and **** from the shipping company directly Amperson (sub of UShip) - whom were both polite, courteous, and informative. Driver (******* ******) was incredible not only was the shipment delivered on time, but he was flexible and extremely helpful as I had a number of mishaps on delivery. Specifically, my one loader/unloader machine was under performing during offload and much of the load had to be manually unloaded ****** lbs! ****** mindset didn't change, his attitude was "oh well" looks like we got a lot of work ahead of us. 5 HOURS later we were unloaded, and he was on his way with these imparting words; "If you ever need us to ship for you again, don't hesitate to call us, God Bless you and your family!Wouldn't ship with anyone Else! Thank you, to ALL!

We booked ******************** through Uship. We provided a list of items to be transported and included on the list multiple large furniture items that we ended up selling prior to transport. We were quoted $5000 by *************** and told a 26ft truck would be provided(we made it clear in our original request that we would need a 26ft truck had we had recently moved with all the same things and knew that is what was needed to fit everything). On moving day, the mover came and inspected all the items in the house prior to loading. He never once mentioned that our items were "misrepresented" or that they were only providing us with half the 26ft truck until AFTER half our items were loaded. Then he told us we only paid for 1100 cubic ft (this was the first time they ever mentioned this to us and on multiple occasions had said they were providing an entire 26ft truck). They told us we needed to pay an additional fee of $5600 or else the other half of our items would not be loaded. They also said we would have to pay to have the items already on the truck unloaded if we decided not to move forward with them. **** (owner) who was not present at the time of the move claimed we "misrepresented our shipment size" even though we had less furniture and less boxes than what was on our original quote at the time of booking. Being that we needed to be out of the house in less than 8hours and fear of paying to cancel plus paying for another moving company left us with no other choice but to pay the fee and continue to use them. We tried on multiple occasions to speak with **** (owner) about the situation however, any conversation with him became increasingly escalated. He was hostile, gaslighting and completely unwilling to hear our prospective on the situation. We've learned a hard ****** in this situation and truly just want to prevent others from experiencing something like this as well. Please, please use caution when considering to book with this company.

Absolutely flawless shipping with my shipper. On time, exactly as promised kept me informed every step of the way vehicle arrived, two vehicles actually, on time exactly as he said he would with absolutely zero damage very polite very professional no surprises no hidden fees would absolutely use them again.

I shipped a 21 foot boat from ******* to **********. They coordinated the pick up, transit and delivery seamlessly with no problems. Website was easy to use. Everybody was fast and friendly

I received multiple offers, answered a number of questions from potential shippers with the * & A visible to all. I thought the insurance was a fair price (happily I didnt need to put in a claim!). The broker was great w communication and found a good driver. The driver did a great job securing the load and communicating. I will use UShip again.
