My husband and I were in an accident and both of us were injured. FVF LAW had been recommended to us by our daughter so we gave them a call. Per the police report we were not at fault. After speaking with both parties insurances, we realized we needed a representation.The process was easy. We simply called and requested the lawyer that had been recommended to us. His paralegal informed us of the process and arranged for a time for us to discuss our point of view.. she said they would assess the situation to see if they felt we had a case. We were perfectly happy with this process because we did not have to pay any money upfront and we were offered a contract once they had assessed our situation and were prepared to pay the percentage, the law firm requested should we win our case?.This was the first time in my life I had ever been through this type of situation. I had no idea how difficult the insurance would make it to get what we felt. We needed to pay for medical bills and expenses related to the accident since my husband was injured permanently -we were also looking for some funds to apply to future expenses. This is not an easy nor short process. Our attorney had told us upfront it would be more than a year to get remuneration. After about a years time, we were advised that our attorney had left the firm . We were assigned a new attorney immediately and she called to introduce herself . Hope was determined to get everything needed filed with appropriate parties so that our case could move forward and that is exactly what she did. Overall, it took two years to go through the process which included taking us to a mediation we were fortunate enough to be able to agree to the settlement, the other insurance company offered. It would take care of our medical expenses, other expenses related to the accident with some additional funds to be able to pay for future related medical care for my husband.We highly recommend FVF AND ESPECIALLY **************************************.
