I took out a loan in with this company in 2018 and I was told by the lender that at the end of the contract if I could not pay back the amount in full then they would approve me for a refinance loan. I didn’t even get a chance to fill out the refinance they advised that they didn’t want to go through with the loan and wanted the money up front and added so many rates .I had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy to save my house. This company has been harassing me with charges that they can’t explain I had to go to court multiple times for them to show proof and get them to fix . I have paid this company 4 times the amount they let me borrow after the added so much closing cost I didn’t even see the full amount of the loan. We went to court we settled on an amount that was needed to pay back during chapter 13 that I did. Now I have a buyer to buy the home and let me pay off the rest of my debt they sent in paper work saying I owe double . How can a person owe double on a set price that was already settled in court. I have court fee and lawyer fees and bills out of this world because of this company my house is not safe to live for me and my child I can’t take out a loan to finish the house due to the company with credit score drop and after paying them each month to save my home I only have enough to pay the rest of my household needs and they are taking advantage my lawyer has contacted them multiple times to get the things situated but they will not respond I have missed multiple court hearing so I can close out but they won’t get back but they will contact if they see I’m late on a payment and added so many charges for just sending a letter. I’m asking for help to get them to answer so I can get out this situation it’s not fair I have paid them back and more then what I ever saw from this company it’s robbery and they won’t leave me alone and let me pay off my loan in peace.
