On Wed, Nov 1 at 7:16 PM I won a bid on a cranberry red lamp on a Caring Transitions Greater Austin and was notified by email. Since pick up day was the following Friday, I worried when I had not received an invoice on Thursday. I checked my credit card info on my CTBIDS account and, when I noticed my credit card info was not up dated, I updated the info. A bid on another item I bought through Caring Transitions North Austin went through just fine for $82. However, when Caring Transition Greater Austin charged my purchase to my credit card, the fraud protection on my Mastercard was triggered and my card was blocked. I did not realize this until Saturday morning. I got one email from CT Greater Austin saying my card would not work. I got the card unblocked with my bank and notified CT Greater Austin. I got no reply. I called their office and left two messages. I sent another email directly to the owner, *****************************. No reply. I still have not received any info from ******************. I would like to know the status of my purchase and would like make sure my credit card info is secure. Thank you.
