I was issued a charge on my account for a hair treatment product I did not want. After contacting hims.com through their online form they sent me the product anyways. I told them I did not want the product, I wanted to cancel the product, the service, everything. They did not do an of that. They emailed me a week later telling me how this was clearly stated in the information during check out. I then went through the process of purchasing the treatment again to see what they were referring to and in small font in an outside section of the purchase was information about being charged and addition amount for future treatments. The customer serves was slow. They did not solve any of my problems. They refused to issue me a refund even though I DID NOT receive any product. The delivery of the treatment was denied and sent back. him.com did not offer any assistance, rather dismissed the issue.Review from Erik P

I was expecting so much more from the consultation. I wanted the doctor to answer my questions on whether I'm actually showing early signs of thinning or not. I received no answers, just an immediate "approved" prescription and charge on my account. I proceed to contact customer support to cancel my order that hasn't even started being shipped yet. They say it's too late. I will do everything in my power to get a refund.Review from Bobby R

I made one order on a trial prescription - cost me $177. I found the same prescription in quantity and mg on GoodRx for $17. So I was not going to order from Hims anymore. However, I was sent a refill based on my "subscription" and told I was not eligible for a refund. This is bogus. I tried one product - I did not subscribe to your service. I would like to return the product for a full refund. BR
