TDJ Contractors was contracted to repair my roof per an insurance claim that I made. They agreed to replace the damaged fence as well. They agreed to complete this work in a time frame that we both agreed was appropriate. When I returned home from my trip, they had left multiple articles of trash, shingles, plastic, nails, and other debris in my yard, as well as not completing the fence replacement. They also damaged nearly $500 worth of flowerbed, lights, and plants. Not to mention the roof looked terrible. I called them back out to go over what they did, and we agreed that they would fix all of the damaged property and complete the fence. It was another week until they showed back up to do the fence. The employee spent half the day sitting on his phone, not working, and then finally put the fence up. However, they did not replace the entire fence like we agreed, and left unsecured, or broken posts in the ground. They also didn't secure the fence to the posts. I had to call them a third time to come back and do the job correctly. They took another week to come back out, spent 10 minutes s******* the panels to the fence posts, failed replace the posts (again) and told me that they were done. They had also agreed to fix all of the damaged property, then they offered gift cards in exchange for the damaged property, which I denied, and said put that money toward the fence, or just fix the things that are damaged. They informed me that they would not be fixing anything else and they expected their final payment. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and will damage your property without fixing it. DO NOT USE THEM.

Triangle DJ Contractors provided a service proposal to our company to inspect the roofs of our properties. We approved the proposal based on the fact that it established that all paid fees could be credited towards any maintenance performed by Triangle DJ Contractors in the same 12 month cycle. After we paid the fees and they performed the inspections, we asked Triangle DJ Contractors multiple times to send us quotes to address the deficiencies found on the reports with the intention of taking care of the needed roof repairs/ maintenance and applying the money spent on the inspections towards that purpose. However, they were unwilling to respect the terms of their proposal and they never provided a quote to repair the deficiencies nor a reimbursement of the fees paid. Our company spent months without success trying to get a quote for the roof repairs/ maintenance or a reimbursement of the fee.
