On August 2, 2022 Social Solutions charged my credit card $18,979.77 (under merchant name **********, they also operate under Bonterra Tech) without an invoice or rationale. We were in negotiations in purchasing their customer information management software however they included a service we did not agree to on their initial] invoice. I asked them to remove it but they ceased contact and charged me anyways. I reached out to our customer representative on August 18 and did not receive a reply until September 28th. Throughout the next 3 months were were met with a mixture of non-responsiveness, vague explanations and deferrals of responsibility since then. I would like a full refund from this purchase.
