Bumble Bee Occasions stole our money. I did not want to write this review. I gave the owner, ******, two months since my wedding to make things right but she has avoided addressing my concerns. My husband and I hired them to do our floral, our catering, and our event planning/management for our wedding. We paid nearly $18K to them. Throughout our planning process, she was **** Our contract stated she would check-in monthly at minimum (which didnt happen). The week of my wedding, she gave me zero check-ins/updates on how things were coming along. Mind youI ended up doing 98% of the planning all myself. I reached out to all my vendors myself to schedule meetings. This was in our contract stated that she would handle. Which didnt happen. The day ofshe was scattered. I didnt hear from her until late afternoon. While we waited for the ceremony to startmy MOH noticed that our table settings werent done. My bridesmaids ended up RUNNING around to set all this up 15 minutes before our ceremony. There was no burden lifted off of me and my family on this day which is why I hired BBO in the first place. Floral- I told ****** on our first call how important this was to me. We had a meeting about what I envisioned. My bouquet was falling apart. My MOHs bouquet was dead. Clearly these florals were not preserved properly. Our pergola floral was supposed to be repurposed throughout our reception. Our memorial table had nothing on it. Our sweetheart backdrop also had nothing. We had 3 tables that had empty vases because BBO forgot. This was a huge disappointment.Catering. We had guests tell us that their food was cold. We also paid EXTRA for our guests to have sweet tea served. Spent hundreds of dollars to have this upgraded option and we did not get what we paid for! We also paid for a dessert bar which had missing items. Not only that but our cutting cake wasnt the flavor we picked out. Believe it or not, this isnt even all the issues we had with BBO and ******.
