      Sept. 24 gave deposit of ****** Received can Sept. 26 Service to begin on Sept. 27 - they did not come Called Sept 30 - told we cannot speak to a manager. Told they would pick up trash between ***** hours.Oct. 2 - trash still in can - called - was told they picked up on Oct. 1 at 1:48. They did not pick up trash.We told them to cancel service. We took trash out of their can and started a new service that day.Oct. 4th - called to check on refund. We were told we were credited $34...we said we canceled service...they said we didn't. We were told a manager would review the phone call from Oct. 2nd.Heard nothing from them from Oct. 7-9. Oct. 9th - we called. Again, we cannot talk to a manager. We have not received a refund. The can is still there **********

      I ordered waste services with Frontier Waste Solutions the end of June. It took 2 weeks to get garbage/recycle bins from them. I was informed that in the mean time I could leave 4 40 gal trash bags and however many bundles of flattened out boxes as long as they were bundled together with no more than 10 boxes per bundle. They have NOT picked up my trash in 3, now almost 4 weeks. It took 2 weeks to get bins. With that being said not only have I not got trash service in just under 4 weeks, they want to charge me EXTRA for the bundles of boxes they were supposed to pick up that are outside the bins. Frontier Waste Solution should do better as a business all the way around.

      On 29 July 23 we hired Frontier Waste as our waste disposal company. They gave us a quote of $98 every 4 months. I get a bill at the end of Sep 23 for $125.83 for 3 months which includes a $9.21 fuel surcharge which we were never told about. I felt that I was deceived by the price and to have fuel charge added is price gouging. Of course you need fuel to drive a truck? That should be fixed into the fee.

      Frontier Waste Solutions has not picked up our trash in over two weeks however continues to mark our service as complete and continues to charge us for it. I have called over 6 times the last two weeks to keep getting excuses as to why it has not been picked up. We have bags of trash everywhere because they keep telling us it will be picked up every time I call. The customer service is awful and the hold times to talk to someone are often over 30 minutes. Im so disappointed in them. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

      Ive requested my neighbors dumpster be moved for weeks now with no response from Frontier Waste. (They once moved it 3 feet, but this did not remedy the issue)They have created an eye sore and a tripping hazard alongside my driveway, as well as running over the corrugated pipe running under my driveway. Ive not requested financial compensation for damages, but I have had no response lately for requests to simply move the dumpster so I can handle these matters.Disgusted by Frontier Waste and their total lack of consideration. This is a simple and common request in their line of work. *** spoken with ************** and both send me to ****; who has not yet bothered to return my voicemails nor answer my calls. I want the dumpster moved to the opposite side of my neighbors property so this is no longer an issue. Simple . My family and I jog often and must avoid the trip hazard created by Frontier Waste.I am not even receiving benefit from the services they are providing!

      In november 2022 our credit card declined and Frontier waste did not pick up the thrash. towards the end of november our thrash had piled up and we fixed the credit card issue due to the card being closed. We paid them for november ******************************************************************** front of the dumpster. we did that and then they said we cant pick it up because its in front of the dumpster. They then asked us to move the thrash on the side of the dumpster and that they would make a work order to pick the thrash not only in the dumpster but also the stuff on the side because they missed the november 2022 pick **** after several calls they have refused to let me talk to a supervisor to get this issue resolved. they need to pick up the thrash that they have been paid to pick up.

      Asked for a paper **** and they only send it via email that gets lost in spam. I said to not do this and no change. I now haven't had ** pickup of trash and behind paying a late fee, this is a scam to make you pay the late fees. I now called again and said she would send a **** in mail yet no help with current situation. These people on phone are rude with no respect to cliants. I want my trash picked up, I want a paper **** and I want the late fees taken off as I never said send Bill's to email.

      I received an email and also a message under my account portal about this company trying to charge a surcharge for diesel in order to pick up trash. They bought out **** but when I call it is still listed as the **** customer service in *********, *****. I am on food stamps and can't afford this and they should not charge like this. I don't get to charge for gas usage to deliver food when I deliver food to customers for Doordash. This is stupid for them to do this! I also refuse to pay a surcharge for diesel for the trash to be picked up. They half a** it when they pick up the trash, they throw the container on the ground and I have to stand it up. Or they stick it in the middle of my driveway.
