Stylists: Vaztin- The Weavologist Company name: Blessed by Vaztin Company's address: 11206 Lake June Road, Suite D, Balch Springs, TX XXXXX Seeking refund of $500 The stylist is great but when she's running late and overbooking appointments her work is not so good. My daughter had an appt for a closure sew-in the night of her Senior Homecoming event, Vaztin was 4 hrs late and when she finally showed up, she rushed my daughter's hair appt and the sew-in ended up lifting the SAME night. We immediately reached out to her to advise and she wanted us to come to her and have my daughter's hair redone in which was out of our convenience considering I had done already taken my daughter out of school 3 times for an appt with Vaztin that kept getting pushed back or cancelled. We advised that we were not willing to come to her because of the mishaps that kept happening on her end and it was too late to book with someone else considering this was a huge event for a lot of seniors in DFW so everyone was booked. Even when we tried to make accommodations with her, she always made excuses even when she offered to come back to us supposedly something came up in her personal life so at this point we requested a refund. She said that she didn't offer refunds but she would reimburse us for the actual closure but not the overall style..in which was the closure that we paid for. She told us to give her a few days to issue the refund and weeks went by, no response. We kept trying to call her and reach out only to discover that she had done blocked me and my daughter off all of her social media pages so we had no contact other than by phone and text messages in which she never responds. We also missed out on a family vacation due to her lack of response and communication when appts kept getting cancelled as we were trying to prepare for my daughter's big event. Please help my daughter in obtaining her full refund because the job was rushed and not done properly. In addition, we lost out on a lot of money dealing with this lady and her consistent lies as to why she wasn't showing or kept canceling appts. Thanks
