I purchased a tankless water heater from Marey received and installed the unit. The unit has been given me issues from the start and has never worked the way it is supposed to. Contacting this company has been very very difficult. They do not answer phone or return emails in a timely manner. I started contacting them on March of 2021 for assistance. They are averaging a response to my messages of about 4-5 weeks and the replies are never detailed enough to provide any assistance. Finally I sent an email making it clear that I am aware that they are trying to wait out the warranty on the product to avoid making any repairs or exchange. The reply I got back was that they may be able to do an exchange one time but I would need to send in the unit and when they receive it they will process for an exchange. I replied back that if I send in the unit I and my family will be without water for how ever long it takes them to decide to send in a replacement. This was almost 2 weeks ago and still no respond or reply. This is costing me increased energy use, time and stress. My grandbaby and my wife has been burned due to the inconsistency of the unit going hot and cold on it's own and I am not even able to get a call back from this company.
