      Precision Tune have a coupon on their website, for *****, expired Dec, 31, 2024. The coupon states radiator coolant FLUSH system for *****. I made an appointment for the 4th of October. I call them and they told me, they only drain the radiator and refill with antifreeze. They coupon says FLUSH and FILL.

      CUSTOMER IS UPSET THAT HER IDEA OF WHAT A RADIATOR SERVICE AND WHAT IT ACTUALLY CONSISTS OF ARE NOT THE SAME. SHE IS LOOKING FOR A REALLY CHEAP MAINTENANCE PRICE ON A REPAIR FOR THE EXTREME NEGLECT OF HER OWN VEHICLE. HER ADMISSION IS THAT HER SYSTEM IS FULL OF SLUDGE AND SHE WOULD LIKE THAT REMOVED. OUR COUPON AS STATED AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED STATES A DRAIN AND REFILL OF THE VEHICLES ANTIFREEZE. I SPOKE WITH HER PERSONALLY AND RATHER THAN LISTEN SHE WAS CONSUMED WITH TRYING TO GET ME TO SAY WE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE COUPON. THIS COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE ****** WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT THE COUPON TO DO EXACTLY THE SERVICE LISTED. WE WILL NOT CREATE A SERVICE BASED ON HER DESIRES AND GIVE IT WHATEVER PRICE SHE DECIDES SHE WANTS. QUITE HONESTLY HER BEHAVIOR WILL PREVENT ANYONE FROM WANTING TO SERVICE HER VEHICLE.

      Precision Auto on College Street in ******** installed a transmission.They broke components on the new transmission and exhaust. They also mismatched and used wrong bolts causing further damage.My family and environment was also exposed to dangerous carbon monoxide.Worst of all they were dishonest when I went back several times to try and figure out why I was smelling exhaust in cabin.I need a full refund and damaged components repaired.

      We resolved this issue with the customer and he withdrew his complaint. We replaced a broken exhaust bolt for him and he was satisfied. This matter has been closed.

      See attached for full complaint details. This business agreed to fix my vehicle. On July 9, 2022 I went to pick up my truck and saw that someone had cut my cadillac converters. I was told they cannot do nothing about it. I filed a police report.

      On 8/1/22, I took my 2012 Malibu LS to Precision Auto Care in Beaumont Texas on College St. concerning two engine codes that came back on my scanner/reader.. I was told by Mr. ***** that the codes meant my Camshaft Position Sensors needed to be replaced, I told him the night before I had did my research on both codes and that it was the Varied Valve Timing Solenoid, Intake/Exhaust, he preceded to say that it was my Camshaft Position Sensors and that it was very common for my model vehicle. So I’m like okay well his mechanic he knows what his talking about. He tells me to come back on 8/2/22@2.30 & he will replace it, & it shouldn’t cost no more then $200 on the day of my appt. He says that he didn’t know that it was 2 codes and that I would have to pay a lil over $300 because my sensors are 89$ per sensor. He tells me to come back on 8/3/22 because nobody had the sensors & he would have 2 order them. On 8/3/22 I arrive again @9.30a After taking the old sensors off he tells me that I would have to pay a part deposit, saying that he has no cash and his credit card machine is broken, & when ******** brings the sensors I would have to pay the deposit for the sensors, I told him okay that’s fine. So I paid him $100 in cash for the Part deposit and he said that he will take the $100 off of my original price, which went from $299 to $217..he showed me the final price on his computer, he didn’t give me a receipt or paper stating that I paid the Part deposit, im thinking maybe it will be on the final receipt. After the job was done I paid the final price of $220 in cash, I waited by counter for the receipt &my change, he calls some1 on the phone &tells me that my ticket is closed out & I don’t have to wait on a receipt.already annoyed we leave 3mins into driving my engine light comes back on, I called the shop asap. he tells me to bring my car back & he will scan for new codes, the same 2 codes come back I take my car back up there to find out that it was never my sensors
