I 1st dropped my car off there last month in August to have some electrical issues fixed. The issues was fixed but then the check engine light came back on 2 days later. Then I stopped by to tell him about it and he told me that he was going to be out of town for vacation for 2 weeks and to drop it off on the 8/16/24 in which I did and he diagnosed the problem to be an exhaust leak and that the manifold needed to be changed out. So I dropped my car off and I had to call back for them to let me know what's wrong with the car and what was needed. I can never recall a day they ever called me to keep me updated on my car at all. Every time I called up there it was always the same thing the owner was too busy, he was with a customer, he's up in the bathroom, and I either had to call back or it took some time for him to get to the phone in order to talk to me. I would always stop by once a week after I left the barbershop to get an update and it was never good news. It was first they had to put the part in even though they had the part for about a week before putting it on. Then after the part was on it was the same thing something is going on with the aftermarket part where it's rubbing against the header and they needed to test drive it out to see what was causing the issue. This went on for 3 weeks and here it is 39 days later as of 9/23/24. The part is on but apparently there seems to be issues with the aftermarket part. I have passed by there a few times and still have seen my car sitting in the exact same spot like it's never been touched. So now I'm at the point where they've pushed their luck and I just want my car out but I don't want to pay for something that's not fully repaired. If I have to get a tow truck up there to get it towed home until I can figure out what to do but I just don't want to pay for a job that's not 100% completed and it's still sitting in the same spot collecting dust when I pass through. Complaint #******** filed by ******** *********, said he picked his car up and everything was resolved.
