I received services on 04/29/2022 via a telephonic medical consultation. I was advised that I would need to put down a deposit of 75$ which would be refunded after my visit. I was assured this in writing. The clinic has refused to respond to my requests for a refund. In addition, I asked them to bill my primary insurance since my secondary insurance will not process the claim until the primary is paid. The establishment only billed my secondary insurance . Furthermore, this practice will also not give me any medical bills or billing codes as well and had failed to respond to my repeated requests.Business response

The patient was seen on 4/29 and the insurance provided--***--was billed. On 6/13 we received notification that *** denied the claim due to the patient having another insurance company (*** is the secondary not the primary insurance). Our office notified the patient on 6/14, stating that we needed to bill their primary insurance before billing the secondary insurance, and we requested information for their primary policy.
The patient never responded with the primary insurance information, leaving a $75 outstanding balance. We cannot provide a refund for services rendered and because there is a balance still outstanding.
