On or about 04-12-2024 I entered into an agreement with Affordable Concrete Works for the removal of an old driveway and the pouring of a new one. Everything was done in a timely manner and work was completed on or about 04-14-2024. I paid an upfront amount and the remainder upon completion. On or about 06-25-24 I noticed a large number of surface cracks in the driveway, some of these cracks go from the street to about 1/2 or 3/4 of the length of the driveway. Some of the cracks are wider than others, and during a brief rain shower I noticed the water traveling along these cracks, there are also a few pitted areas in different locations 1/2 inch deep and at least that wide. I contacted the owner (?) and talked to him and he promised to come and look at it the next day (06-25-24) he never showed I waited home all day. I have called and texted a few time with no luck in speaking with him again. I have researched some of these issues and believe that if something isn't done this whole driveway could become a lot worse. I am looking to have these problems corrected to my satisfaction. He was hired partially because of the A+ BBB rating.

This past weekend I went by the home of *****************. ************ showed me the issues and I explained the hairline cracks are normal and not concerning. I provided him with a copy of the warranty outlining coverage.
