My name is ***** *******;I made an appointment with Aspen Dental because they advertise emergency services. One of my teeth has been hurting for awhile but it was unbearable so I made an appointment online Aug 12 in the evening. My appointment was for the 13th. The Dentist looked at my teeth and stated I had 8 rotten teeth. They pulled 2 teeth but not the one causing my pain. I was sent home in excruciating pain. The Dentist was supposed to call in a prescription for extra strength ********* and antibiotics. ******* in Jasper ** did not get that order. I have been in pain from the 13th till my next appointment to get the rest pulled on the 26th. On the 23 they want to deep clean my teeth. I think this is completely unethical that they allow a patient to be in pain this long. It borderlines malpractice. I cant sleep, eat or function in my everyday activities. I have horrible headaches. The dentist keep leaving my situation to go work on others in the office. He completely neglected my situation. He should have pulled the tooth that was the problem instead of making me suffer.
