      12/20/2022

To Whom It May ************************************ and *********************, et al were tenants in a property Rental Zebra manages from March 14, 2016 through August 21, 2020. As evidenced by the original lease agreement attached, and one of four lease renewals attached, as well as the original application to rent from ********. We are happy to provide *****'s original application to rent, as well as the other three lease renewals, and many other documents as proof of tenancy. However, the BBB response form only allows for attaching four documents.

Upon the Greers move out in August 2020, there were many repairs needed due to tenant damage. Those are reflected on the tenant unpaid charges report. And can also be evidenced by a repairs list, repairs estimate, move in condition report completed by the Greers. This link https://youtu.be/D6jjgQ61k5U takes you to the move out walk through video, where one can review condition at the time of move out.

The Rental Zebra team made multiple attempts to contact *************************** and ********************* following their move out in order to establish a payment plan for the balance owed. A final demand letter was sent in March 2021. On March 14, 2022 the Rental Zebra team sent a final email with a request to pay, and notification if balance was not cleared, the account would be sent to collections. No response was received. On March 24, 2022 the account was sent to collections.

Rental Zebra has additional proof of tenancy, condition of property at move in and move out, attempts to contact former tenants, etc. This is a valid collection account and unfortunately the former residents were non-responsive to Rental Zebra's efforts to collect. Therefore, the account was forwarded to a collections agency.

      Thank you,

      Team Rental Zebra
