Financed two rings (mens 14k white gold band with .12tw diamond, ladies ****ct lab diamond on a 14k white gold band with .42tw diamonds) on December 24th 2022 from *************************** . ****** said the Lab diamond didnt lose value, and was a great investment (lie). When we went to return them, on Dec 27th 2022: ****** said he couldnt take my wifes ring because they did a custom in house stone set that he insisted we do (we had no knowledge of this) but he would take the mens ring and return our down payment, What happened is, he did NOT print our receipt on the correct policies but ONLY two layaway policies. He acted like he had no idea and said i dont know what YOU did with it when you left here and then he showed us a example of what the receipt should have been and it was not like the one he printed upon our purchase on the 24th. ****** then got angry, smiled and said im not returning his ring, because he wore it out the store. We knew then what ****** was doing. He acted as an aggressive salesman with intentions on deliberately stopping us from returning them because he insisted on me wearing mine out the store purposely knowing we couldnt return it at that point. The store had no return policy sign and the website only said if your not happy with your purchase we will accept your return. ****** failed to give us the only paperwork that had the Custom Policy and the original and unworn policy. Also, When I asked him about why he lied about the **** lab diamond ring, ****** said you dont give info that could lose a sale with a smirk. ****** conspired against us, left out the policy in the purchase packet intentionally. Also, being aggressive towards my wife. ******, withheld information, acted aggressive and deliberately made it impossible for us to have the correct paperwork because it can only be printed inside the store. We spent over 10k on this purchase and would like a 100% return. He withheld info and withheld the legal return policy.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Hello yes maam I have received a phone call from M. Robinson Fine Jewelers. They are complying and offered a full refund for our purchases and I also got it squared away with transunion and experian. Thank yall so much for the help!!
