Hi, if someone can please help me resolve a refund issue with the merchant Ziptop. We've ordered some food containers online from the merchant ZipTop. It looked like a great gift online, but we did not realize the containers were soo sticky. Soo we had to return our order. Along the way, according to the merchant there were some issues with the carrier delivering the items. I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but the merchant is saying the order has not been returned. The tracking says that it was successfully returned. I've waited for about 2 months now, and still have not gotten a clear response. My last response to the merchant was to ask them to contact the carrier to further investigate, but they have not responded to my emails. It's been 4 weeks now and the merchant have not responded to me. It appears their communication and level of customer service is not what they claim to be. This leaves me with a very disappointed shopping experience.Initial Complaint

I returned my order ****** and it was delivered to their warehouse over a month ago and I never received any refund. I have tried emailing them many times about it, they don't reply to most emails so I have to email several times in a row to get a response.Business response
