DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! They delivered BROKEN equipment and now they won't accept a return or answer my calls. I have spoken to Francesca who was trying to send someone to fix the broken equipment, but she never ended up sending anyone. I've called them maybe 30 times and they keep hanging up on me or ignoring my calls. I left a message for Anna, the manager, to call me back, and they are refusing to call me back. They are an unethical and unprofessional company. We though we would support a local Houston company, but that was a huge mistake. Don't make the same mistake we did.Review from Josh S

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. ORDERED A GAS RANGE/STOVE. OVER A MONTH AGO!!! NO UPDATES NO NOTHING!!! AROUND $1400 I KEEP CALLING THEM AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY'RE GONNA SEND ME AN EMAIL THEY'RE GOING TO SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH "TRACKING INFO" A 100 TIMES NOT ONE SINGLE EMAIL NOT IN SPAM OR ANYTHING THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CROOKS! LIERS AND STEALING MONEY! I GET AHOLD OF THE SAME 2 GIRLS EVERY TIME SAME STORY SHE'S NOT IN YET, SHE'LL BE HERE IN A BIT, I'M LOOKING AT HER RIGHT NOW, SHE'S AT LUNCH RIGHT NOW, ETC!!! SHE WILL SEND A EMAIL! NOT ONE RECEIVED CHECKING SPAM AND INBOX SEVERAL TIMES A DAY NOTHING!!!!!Review from Miroslav S

ordered a freezer from this site - I should have done my research and gone to bbb for reviews. I placed my order waited a week. reached out to the company to find out what is going on with my order and they told me that the item i ordered is on back order. they didn't even bother letting me know that the freezer i ordered is on back order even though i was in contact with them through the week, they were telling me that i would get my item within 5 business days. highly unprofessional company i would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE - just wasted 2 weeks because i will have to wait for my refund for 7 days nowReview from felipe f

I purchased a Freezer in may/2024. Order# WK1143. The freezer was delivered badly damaged and refused. All procedures asked by West Kitchen were done properly. We sent pictures of the damaged product by email. I called multiple times asking for an update, replace, or refund and got always the same answer from customer service: " We are waiting for the carrier". This is almost disrespectful to the customer. It's July and I have no freezer and no refund. I'm done calling and asking for a resolution. The next time they hear from me it's going to be from my attorney. Worst and not caring customer service possible. Stay away from this company. The discounted prices are not worth the headache. You gonna be better off paying some extra from reputable companies like home depot or restaurant depot.Review from moussa s

hands down one of the worst places to purchase your items from. It was great customer service when they want you to buy their fridges but as soon as the items is shipped, they don't give 2 craps about you. Fridge arrived terribly packed and badly damaged. Had 1 week to help me and they simply did not care to help whatsoever, i had to keep reaching out because when they state they will call you back, THEY NEVER DO. you have to keep chasing after them to help you and all they do is tell you what you need to hear to delay things another day and hope you move one. Non stop from one execuse to another and never helped me, now i had to buy another fridge and decided to open a case with my credit card and let them deal with it. it was nothing but a headache all week and extremely frustrating. I"m sure the other reviews are by their own people because nothing about their service is moral
