My wife, Mary Lou and I, contracted for RV Site WF 31 from Winter Haven beginning 11-10-22 and ending 1-31-23 for a total fee of $2,230, which has been paid in full. Included in the amenities outlined online (and not denied by the park) both wifi and spectrum cable tv are included in the package. The park manager, Tom ******** has told us since we arrived a variety of stories about why our site is not equipped with either function. He has had us drive to the provider's office (Spectrum) to pick up equipment. When we arrived, we were told that the site had not been authorized by Tom and they could not provide service without that authorization. Nine subsequent phone calls to Spectrum (all documented by Mary Lou) have produced exactly the same answer. Tom. meanwhile has excuse after excuse but has done nothing - after 11 days we still have neither service. We simply don't know where to turn at this point.
