On the date of August 26, 2024 I paid off a loan to first national Bank of Burleson, they told us, so we understood that all fees and any amount associated with the loan was in the final pay off but it is now September 16 2024 and my teacher retirement money is still on hold. I have tried to contact several people at the bank with no luck. I can't get **** the loan officer to call me back or anyone else. I can't pay my bills bc the have my account on hold. Everything was to be paid with the amount that was paid on the 26th of August.Business response

Please see our response attached. The hold was released last week prior to this complaint being filed.
