      If there were a zero they would get it! DID NOT stand by price quoted! It was $200.00 more! Actual movers were fine, but when quoted price was so much higher there was NO help from who ever son of owner was on the phone! First and last time to use this company!!!! So many others out there that honor what the quote! ****** learned ALWAYS check BBB!

      Wow, after reading these posted reviews, I could not feel more differently about this company. Here was my experience. I'll update when we load PODS 2 and 3.We are moving out of state and after reading all the horror stories of movers holding stuff hostage and missing dates and breaking stuff, we decided to use PODS to move everything since we are moving in stages.PODS and U-Haul both had "recommended" packers that could help us first pack boxes and then move things into the **** Both websites had unbelievably good reviews for their recommended companies but a quick check of ************ or the BBB told a different story. Some had no presence with one or the other and some had 1-1 1/2 stars? What?So, I spent about 2 days looking at companies, reading reviews and checking sources and cross referencing. We know some people have unrealistic expectations of what things cost and we know sometimes things can happen so reading the reviews helped with that.We loaded POD 1 of 3 about 2 weeks ago. We were going to pack and stage one day and load the next. I called Evolution Moving and spoke with ******* who was great, but most of the bad reviews started with a really helpful sales person, that's how they get you in the door, right?******* suggested a 3 person crew and said their employees work for them regularly and they work to retain employees. I found out later that some companies hire any type of laborer and they often don't have the experience to pack well or the expertise to load a truck or in our case, ****They sent ******************************** and ******. My husband and I are older and not as **** as we once were so we would have to stop for a bit but these guys were MACHINES! They used every inch of space in the **** POD 2 gets delivered in about 10 days and I've already requested ******************************** and ****** return for the next phase. They came as skilled workers to help us out but left as friends. I highly recommend!

      So Im pretty upset with the team in DFW. I paid them to move me out to my new house. I had a 3 month old set of bunk beds for my girls. This is a very nice bunk bed with a roof on it, worth about $1000. When moving it out of my old house, they called and said that taking it apart and putting it back together would take a lot of time (referring to having to add time to the quote that they gave me). I told them I didnt mind paying for the extra time. So they take it a apart and pack it into the truck. When they get to my new house, they start unpacking everything and get to the bunk bed. They came into me to ask if I still wanted them to put it together because it was getting late. I told them that I didnt mind paying, especially now because they had taken it apart randomly instead of doing it right the first time. For an hour they try to figure it out and we can literally hear them talking about not knowing what they are doing. They literally put make shift holes and several important pieces on the bed. After about an hour, they came in to basically say they couldnt complete the task. I walk into look at it and there is no salvaging of this bed. I would never put my daughters on this bed with makeshift holes in it. Not that I could because it was not put together. They admitted fault on the holes and everything. So I email the manager the next couple of days and he literally tried to offer me $120 for the bed. Its a $1000 bed that you admittedly messed up. He then tried to tell me that the movers tried to tell me they didnt feel comfortable moving the bed this was a lie. They never said anything about their ability, just the amount of time it would take. I paid a handsome amount of money to have them move me (over $2400) and this is how they treat you when they admittedly messed up. I dont care what you say as a customer, if they did not feel comfortable moving something, they should not have done it this is unprofessional and they are full of lies.
