I am contacting you regarding incorrect charges that I was charged by Loris Gifts. I have been attempting to get in touch with Loris gifts for over 6 months now (leaving voice mails, sending emails) but I have received only 1 response, which acknowledged that I was charged incorrectly and that a refund check was in the mail. I never received this check and have not been able to get in touch with anybody at Loris gifts. I am requesting refund for 3 separate charges that occurred on 12/31/2022, 1/31/2023 and 3/3/2023 by Loris Gifts. The vendor recognized that these should not have been charged to me yet I have not received any refund from them. The situation is as follows: On 9/21/2022 my son was born. A few days after his birth, I rented a breast pump for my wife from the hospitals gift shop (Loris Gifts). I paid for a 3 month rental of this breast pump, which was $300.11 for the 3 months, charges on 9/27/2022. I returned the pump 3 months later. However, I was charged a late fee of $300.11/month. this was charged to my credit card for 3 months, with the transaction dates of 12/31/2022, 1/31/2023 and 3/3/2023.I was in contact with the local store, and they recognized that this was incorrect and that I needed a refund for the 3 months of incorrect charges, totaling $900.33. But they said that the refund needed to come from the corporate branch (contact at Corporate: *********************** note I have emailed and called her multiple times but never received response). I never received the check. I have tried emailing corporate Loris multiple times since then via both email (with no response) and phone (with no response after voice mails). I also have been in close contact with the local Loris store and its manager ****** (who has sense left), and she recognized that Loris owes me a refund, but that it must come from the corporate level (i.e, Joy), and thus the local stores hands are tied. I do not know how to proceed and i am seeking your help.
