I purchased an electrical part from Napa auto parts and the box was not even open and it was walked over to a mechanic shop and I showed them the box they indicated I had the wrong part I took it back to Napa and because it's electrical they refused to take it back however this was never tested on it even touched out of the box so I think that rule does not apply in this caseBusiness response

We apologize for any inconvenience in a return . It states on the invoice that there is no returns on electrical items .
If the customer would like to come and see me , I will be able to take care of them .
We strive to do the best job we can for our customers and we do apologize again , our counter person was just
following policy .
