October 2022 I submitted an order to have my diploma and a report evaluated by this business. What a set of cons! A scam as I stated in my email to them. Nowhere during the checkout process did they state, NO REFUND. After weeks of waiting I contacted them the end of November expressing my disappointment at no report due to my missing the entry time for the course to which I applied (due to their loose attitude I missed the application deadline). I demanded a refund and hastily they put something together which the school rejected. They kept promising to fix it. Kept making excuses about illness, promised to contact the college where the report came from and finally made a mockery of it all. I give up waiting! THIEVES I dont know how BBB gave them any right to conduct business. I am sure others have complaint but do not bother to waste time!Three times I asked for a refund and here we are in February 2023 and I have yet to be acknowledged! I finally sent them another email giving them 1 week to refund me or I will take their thieving business to small claims court. Their response was that they have a no refund policy. I want them to prove where I explicitly signed to a NO REFUND seeing I had no idea they were lazy and thieving! What a set of desperate losers. To think they were trying to sell me rush service. I expect to get a full refund and will move all mountains to get same from these thieves. They ought to be SHUT DOWN. I hope others see my complaint and stay away.make sense what this business is doing online with serious people like me that want service done. They have been so nasty throught the process and got even nastier the moment I started asking for refund. They have stopped responding to my request for refund, just shows they are truly thieves who deserve to be shut down. They are a scam. STAY AWAY, use reputable services. The *** service is not that great. Please make sure whenever you do business with *** you have to be more than 100% accurate during your document submission. If you have done any mistake accidentally, they don't give you a second chance to correct that mistake. I mean, once you pay for the service there are no chances for any changes or correctness except for starting the new application. Most importantly, their working hours are shorter (10 am to 4 pm) than usual business hours. As someone said earlier, they are money-centric rather than customer service centric. As an example: I ordered the 5-day rush service for the course by course evaluation and received the order on the 5th day. However, I realized the report was missing some information. The problem was I uploaded the 9 documents in my application however only 4 documents were able to upload for some reason. I called them but it was out of their business hours so didn't get any response. The email service takes ***** hours. So I asked for a refund or to make necessary changes to my report but they simply denied it. They said it's the client's (myself) mistake and not ***. They pretended like *** can never be wrong. I assume it was the technical glitch of their website or server which was not able to upload the documents which are more than a few pages. The reason I am saying this is because 4 out 9 documents were able to upload which had 3 or fewer pages in each document. But couldn't able to upload the remaining 5 documents which had 4 or more pages. I explained this situation to them but they were not ready to accept or investigate it. They were suggesting me to submit a new application and pay the full fees again. If I have to do that one only then why should I have discussed this with ***? A long story short, they didn't listen to my concern properly and didn't resolve the issue. Neither they did any corrections nor refunded fees. If you like to get heard after business, don't do business with ***.
