Traditions Hospice in ******* ***** was a care provider for my mother until the date of her death in June 2022. We asked that donations be made in memory of her, *******************, to Traditions Hospice *******. I have been notified by 2 of the people that mailed checks before the end of June. The checks have not cleared their banks, and our family has not received any notification of any memorials to Traditions Hospice. The persons making the donations have tried on numerous occasions to find out why their checks have not cleared the bank with no answers. I have now contacted the local office in ******* numerous times and am being told that the checks have gone to their corporate office but they are getting no answers as to what has happened with the donations. We were pleased with the nursing staff and the care they provided but have been very disappointed with handling of moneys that were given to benefit this corporation.
