Always deduct payment on time but orders are often a few days late. WORSE some weeks my husband feels good but others like before he started testosterone. Like the injection isn't actually tge hormone . Very concerning. What are we actual paying for rotten service & ??? What is really in some of these injections?Review from Rosie S

If I could give them zero stars I would. First they charge you for prescriptions that take over 3 weeks to fill if you are lucky. They do not respond to calls, emails or anything else. The website is horrible an never seems to work when you have to pay for your prescription. **** will not allow you to use anyone else to fill your prescriptions. Prior to having to use **** center we used Synergenix and we were able to use a local pharmacy to have prescriptions refilled at about $11.00 and now with the REQUIRED Village Lane Apothecary we have to pay $105.00 for basically the worst service ever. I would not recommend **** Center or Village lane apothecary at all.Review from Timothy S

They have some serious issues going on and are keeping it secret. They say they cant fill orders because they are sterilizing needles. They told the low T center this should take a day. But they still havent processed orders for a month. Looking at past reviews, this has been going on for over a year. You are lucky to get them to answer the phone, if they do, its just made up excuses. With this level of incompetence I really dont trust that the meds they are sending are correct and not contaminated.Review from David H

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They are more than happy to take your money, but good luck getting your prescription, let alone a straight answer from them. That's if/when they answer the phone. I've left many voicemails, with no response. I've been waiting for my prescription - which I already paid for - for almost three weeks. I've filed a complaint with the ***** Attorney General. I'd give them zeros stars if I could.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.Review from Derrick S

This place is a joke. I m a patient at *******************************. They 3rd party their Pharmacy needs for Testosterone through Village Lane Apothecary. I am constantly running out of Medication with them. My labs are up and down,up and down of course making me feel like crap! I guess my point is if you can't fulfill the orders that you take, simply just don't take them. They NEVER answer the phone. I ve called for 3 days now all day long. No answer or call back. Worst pharmacy Ive dealt with.Village Lane apothecary works directly as a compounding pharmacy. They have been negligent in their care of their customers health. After going back-and-forth for three weeks hearing things such as our system is down we didnt receive they deflect all issues to someone else. They wont except fault for their mistakes, they should be embarrassed at their customer service. I would stay clear of anything that has to go through their care.
