On January 1 2024, my sister, Donna ******* obtained survey services from Texas Professional Surveying . They were hired to mark the property on ground with staked flag markers because I have had eye surgeries & see double vision so I needed defiant.markers on land where exactly to put my expensive permanent fence as well as a hard copy of survey. A man came out and preformed the survey . However it was not as we had verbally & in- writing requested but also assumed from a survey company. We agreed to pay $2056.75 for the survey company requested an additional $700.00 was needed to mark on land. I think it unfair the survey company is but yet requiring an additional $700.00 that I do not have. I provided all correspondence. Thank you.

They came out and did a survey but they never finished it. There are men put marks in the ground exactly where the fence line was when I was told previously by 2 other companies. It was so many inches to the East. I asked them why and they said they were just told to put them there and they left. I got no survey report which is wrong she told me a full survey boundary survey

I had a survey done by Texas Professional Surveying (TPS) done about 1 1/2 years ago, and have had one problems after another. I filed a previous BBB complaint about a year, or so, ago and the company offered me $1800 to take down the BBB complaint and to fix the problem. The problem was fixed, I retracted the complaint, and they did extra work for me instead of paying me cash. Now, there is a legal issue about an easement that TSC placed on my neighbor's property (across from my fence line). I have emailed Jerrod, the owner, with not adequate explanations and responses. I was sent a survey map with the easement just gone- how can they just delete an easement that was drawn on a map by them?. 1. Either the easement was mistakenly placed on the wrong place by TP, and I need to know why it was place on my neighbor land in the first place. Did they make a mistake? 2. Or. the easement was supposed to be there, and they just randomly deleted on my survey. How can they do that? What happened with the easement? Why was it there in the first place and how can they just delete something off of a survey map without explanation? Betty ****
