      I have lived in this community for 3 years and every time I contact them for help or I have questions I am met with an attitude and figure it out on your own kind of feeling. My vehicle has been parked in the same spot for a year. It was covered with a car tarp. As per the rules and regulations at the time. Then new management stepped in and took my vehicle. No warning. No notice. No way to fix the problem. Just took it. When I called the office to ask why it had been taken I was met with an attitude right at the start of the conversation. They do not take care of their residents.

      Good Morning,

      In our Rules and Regulations it states that all cars parked on empty lots/grass/street ect will be towed at owners expense. We have handed out several notices about this. It was even put in the News Letter this month for September that is handed out to every resident. I have spoke with the Mother who is the main person on the Lease of the home and she stated that it was her daughter who wrote the review. The mother also stated that she does know that we have handed out several notices about parking on empty lots, as well as it being in our Rules and Regulations. The mothers name is *************************** phone # ************. I gave the mother the phone number to the Tow truck company so that her daughter can give them a call to see if she is able to pick up the tarp and other items she is needing. Residents are well aware about our Rules and Regulations. We also make sure that they are reminded in our New Letter each month.       I moved into my owned trailer on the lot ********************* beginning of October and within 2 weeks (Oct. 24th) the septic system was backing up into my trailer. I called and notified the manager *** about it and they said they would have someone look at. It has been now 3.5 weeks with no plumber or any type of communication back. I have called several times over the 3.5 weeks and am always told plumbers are back up. Was told by ****** one of the staff that there was a 3-6 month wait. Then my mother got a call last Thursday (November 11th) saying that a plumber would be out between 9am and 12pm. No one showed up and the office never called back to let us know what happened. I have now been having raw sewage backing up out of the pipe onto the ground. I also found out from a neighbor that shares the same septic system that they have known about this.problem for over a year. They have no management and my mother was called vulgar names by one staff member there. This is now becoming a health risk for myself and my 8 year old son. Please shut this place down they have no care about others people health just wanna make a profit.

      Good Morning,

      The resident for 163 Stagecoach has had that home in the community since September and has refused to sign a Lease with the office. We have let them know that they were not following the rules and regulations when they decided to build a 6ft Privacy fence. ****** stated that she does not know the rules because she has not signed a Lease. Prior to the fence being built we let her know the size and color of the fence that was approved. ****** went ahead and still built the 6ft fence and has kept it up after several violations. As for the sewer backup, we have had our maintenance guys try to fix the problem and soon as they were unable to, we contacted plumbers. Sewage is not going into the home. We have had plumbers come and take a look at it and is in the process of getting fixed. ****** has been living in the home and not paying any Lot rent, water, sewer or trash. We have tried on several attempts to get her in the office to sign a lease. Wendee's daughter is living in the home and wanted us to to lie on the Lease and say that her parents are not living in the home because of her Social Security. We let her know that we can not lie and her daughter got upset and has used inappropriate language towards office staff. The District Manager was here on Thursday 11/18/2021 to try and get them to sign a Lease as well, and they refused. ****** said she will be moving the home out in 30 days. We posted a 60 day notice on the door to vacate the property.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      That is not the truth. We were told by *** that the fence would not be a problem and told them what we would be building before the trailer was ever moved there. I didn't ask them to lie and say my.parent don't live there. That is the truth. They do not live there. I live there with my son. There is just the two of us that live in the trailer. So when I went to sign the lease on October 3rd and pay my lot rent, they told me they could not allow me to sign the lease that my mother had to because the paperwork was in her name. We refused to sign the lease partly because of the fence situation but mostly because of the sewer. They did have a plumber come out and look at it. They had a.plumber come out yesterday Nov. 22 to turn my water off and take the meter. They tasted that because I was not a resident They did not have to keep my water on. This was retaliation for making the complaint and also for calling code enforcement. We were told by code enforcement that they have been investigating the park for a gas leak as well that they have been supposeably getting fixed. They have lied several times about what they said and what they will do. If they are trying to fix it then why has it been over a year? We were told by our neighbors who had been there for 9 months that they have had the same problem with jo.solution. they have done nothing but lie and try and make themselves looks good. If you look at their reviews on the ****** page. You will see they have had nothing but bad reviews for the last few month.
