I contracted with Palacios Carpentry to fix extensive water damage on both the back and front of our house in ******* I was extremely impressed by **** Palacios(the company owner) and his crew is first class. He explained everything upfront and was honest about cost estimates. His timelines were accurate and he worked very hard to keep them. He kept me apprised of the project at all times. He has honesty and integrity. It is evident that he enjoys his craft and I would recommendhim and his company for any project. The end result of the project met or exceededexpectations in all areas. Our project was very complicated and ****'s experience and dedication was invaluable to its success. I have used many contractors over the years and **** is by far thebest I have used and plan to use him in future projects.Review from Ryan S

**** Palacios was referred to me for some work we were looking to price out and get done on our home in Port A. **** and his team are great to work wit in not only the projects that were top of mind, but also helping to plan out other jobs that we were thinking about. His reputation in the area is great and he's very up front in what the job timeline and cost estimates will be which is super great these days for sure. He's very dependable and always updated us while he's working on the project. He also has experience with many other jobs and will add in other items or ideas I never thought about to help make sure it's done right the first time and in a way that we'll be happiest with. I look forward to working with **** and team for many more years!

**** Palacios did extensive work to fix a construction problem with our deck. In addition, he fixed a problem with an exterior wall and a beam across our garage. He was on time, explained things well, and completed the job as planned. Recommend him highly.Review from Michael C

**** removed the back side of our home in ************ that was damaged from leaks associated with the decks on our home. The damage was very extensive. Palacios Carpentry did an amazing job on our pavilion and it was beyond what we expected! His workmanship was impeccable and detailed. He took his time and took pride in his work. **** (Palacios) has done various jobs for us for our ************ home. We first connected following Hurricane ******. The initial ****** related work included replacing a balcony off our 2nd floor master bedroom. As well as replacing the door and frame leading from the bedroom to the balcony. He also replaced window frames which had been compromised by the storm. Subsequently **** has painted our house, replaced lighting fixtures, and most recently he replaced an outside door. When dealing with ****, I always receive a detailed outline of the work we've agreed to, and the costs for doing the job. If and when there are changes **** communicates those quickly. He makes recommendations as to what he observes as to improvements. He is always personally on site and involved, doing work himself. I trust **** completely and recommend him to anyone needing a craftsman for any home improvement work. ***************************** **************Review from Melissa S.

Palacios Carpentry remodeled my entire home in 2015 and built my new wrap around deck in 2018. **** and his crew were straightforward with pricing and dependable. Their craftsmanship met my every expectation. I will use Palacios Carpentry again for my nxt large project!
