On 18 Dec 2023, I placed an order for delivery from Taco Bell that I never received. I filed two complaints/requests with Taco Bell's online "contact us" link, receiving responses on 28 Dec 2023 and 08 Jan 2024 that "they were on it," but never received a refund or any type of resolution. This is very poor public relations as well as very poor business practices, basically ignoring a customer who is disabled and unable to drive to the restaurant to pick up orders. I would like a check sent to me from Taco Bell for the amount I spent on food that I never received, and an apology for ignoring me.
