DRove car to get free estimate like the person said it was , than when I told person that I was not going to repair cause car was not worth repairing , he charged me **** dollar to get car back for labor, I paid ******************************************************************* same condition he said OF COURSE, will he calls to pick up car but does not move at all, I already knew something like this would happen because i dint get repairs thereBusiness response

We are very sorry that we could not help **************** We did not sabotage his vehicle as he is alluding to in his complaint. *************** called complaining of issues with his vehicle. We offered to use a code reader to scan his vehicle for issue codes at no cost. When it was obvious there were issues with the transmission, we explained that in order to know what needs to be replaced and provide an estimate for repair, we would have to remove, disassemble, and inspect (RDI) his transmission and it would cost $689. To reassemble and install after an RDI would cost an additional $311 bringing the total to $1000. The cost to RDI would go towards the cost of the repair if he decided to proceed with the repair. *************** provided his drivers license and social security number and authorized us to proceed with the **** After we inspected the transmission, we provided *************** with a list of items that would need to be replaced and a quote to perform the work. *************** declined to make the repair and asked that we reassemble and install the transmission which we did. *************** was charged $700 as a courtesy as we understand the vehicle no longer moved after install. Unfortunately, we did not and cannot provide a guarantee that re-installing an already damaged transmission will operate properly. We advise customers of this upfront.Customer response

*************************** WAS not told of any prises of repair until after they damaged my car or that I was getting charged for any other charge was not given any paper work until I received car back ., And was told car would be same as i brought to them , was never told that something would go wrong
