They are charging more fees after a person is released from jail. More than the original price.

Terrible. They told me they could get my friend out on bond for 2750$. I gave them the money and all the paperwork and everything. Then they said they needed a co-signer. I got the co-signer done too. Then I called in the morning to see if his bond was ready to be posted and now they all of a sudden need 500$ more which I was gonna need to come up with half of to bond him out. But I call back with my friend this time, she tells us both she would talk to the insurance guy and call me back. When she called me back she said they would ned either the 250$ or for one of his parents to co-sign with me. Key word there, OR not that I need both things. So I get the 250$ I originally needed because his parents weren't gonna help. I call back up there and tell them if I give them the 250$ will they bond him out, and she tells me that now I need both the 250$ and the parent signer. When she said I needed one or the other earlier in the day. And now that I can't provide the parent co-signer, they're gonna just refund me. WTF! When the requirements weren't able to be fulfilled, a refund was requested and has been issued back to your card.

My main issue is, yesterday I was told I needed another 500$, and she told me I needed to get at least half. When I called back, i asked if I couldn't get half, what else could I do. She said that your insurance guy told her that I would need to get a parent co-signer if I couldn't get the 250$. Not that I would need BOTH but that I needed to get either the 250$ or the parent co-signer. Then I got the 250$ and I called back and then she said I now need both the 250$ and the parent co-signer when that's not what was said previously. Then I got one of the parents on board finally and I called to cancel the refund process and then they said now I need the whole 500$ and the co-signer. On top of that, someone called me from up there looking for me but it ain't was for someone else's bond paperwork, not mine or the defendant. You guys are a roller coaster and don't know what's going on.
