      I'm very disappointed with there services. Try to call 4 and qait for there call but never got any call. we'll then the time over Bank closed

      Extremely rude customer service. The service representative hassled me regarding my request for a receipt confirming a withdrawal. Im the *************** Officer of a consulting firm and had to debate like a corporate lawyer just to obtain a receipt. I believe this could be a good bank. At the moment the branches in ***** are missing the ***** We need to send letters to management to improve customer service. Treat all customers special. If not, customers will go elsewhere, and their reputation will result in declining deposits and eventually bank closure. Stockholders, officers, owners and executive management, I HOPE YOUR LISTENING.

      The worst bank. Rudest employees, treat you like a common criminal. So many other banks that focus on relationship. Veritex does not. Green **** was so much better. Stay away from this bank, focus on a bank that will treat each customer as their only ones. ********************* is the worst of them, was very rude on a phone call with me. Not sure if the employees are trained, but the bank is a disaster.

Upon review, our risk management team identified activities within your account that necessitated further action. Despite our best efforts to resolve the matter in a manner that would allow us to maintain our banking relationship, unfortunately, we were unable to find a mutual path forward. Consequently, we had to make the difficult decision to close the account.Please understand that such decisions are never taken lightly and are only made after careful consideration, in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank policies that are in place to protect all our customers and the integrity of our banking system.

      They are only open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. You call for help they can't help unless you come to their bank. It's impossible for a person disabled without transportation to get to the bank during those hours. They are not open Saturday. I would not have a problem getting a ride on Saturdays. I tried yo change my phone number for online banking. No matter how many times I call the bank and my number is changed. I still can't use online banking because I can't get messages to a phone I no longer have. Everything about this bank is a joke. I don't recommend it to anyone, especially the didabled.

      My husband and I were laid off. We recently tried to defer a payment. Contacted the bank on January 3rd. I was told they would send an email to our loan officer Fred H*****. No word back. I contacted the bank in Houston where Fred H***** is located 6 times. I have sent 2 emails with no response. No phone or email back. We finally ended up contacting the main branch in Dallas. Mr. C*** who is head of the department called and I explained what we were needing to do. He said he or Mr. H***** would contact me the following Tuesday. This is now January 18th. Mr. H***** called and said I would have the paperwork by end of day no later than the following day. No paperwork. At this point my husband left Mr. C*** and stern message. Mr. C*** called back and gave us a piece of his mind. We were told these things take time. They were doing us a favor. Making it sound like we don't pay our bills. He also stated that if we wanted to take our loan elsewhere that would make them happy and us happy. Our original loan was with Green Bank. Vertiex bank aquired our loan. We have never missed a payment ever. I finally received the paperwork on the 21st of January. We got another loan to pay this one off so we do not have to deal with this business again. The rude treatment and non-communication was uncalled for. Of note we were told that customers don't speak to the loan department. Any other information needed please feel free to contact me.
