I ordered a pc from Tech Magnet and the state of which the shipped the pc is absolutely unacceptable, it posted one time but instantly shut off, this is because they cheap out on product and gave me a power supply unit insufficient to supply the components inside of my device, causing a short in my pc.Initial Complaint

i pay for a gaming computer from them and got it in hook it all up did not work at all sent it back they sent me a norther one and ******* not have what i order in it i order a 2tb hard drive with the bigger processor and a gaming video card dose not have that i try to get ahold of them nothing from phone to email when i sent the 1st one back to them they keep saying we sent the other one to you the next day i called they send it not been sent off yet so the lie for weeks im not happy at all with themInitial Complaint

We purchased 4 laptops from this company, a specific make and model, **** ****s actually. They shipped us the incorrect, much cheaper **** **** laptops instead. We returned them since they were not correct. They then did not refund us our complete amount we were due and told us that computer we returned had a broken screen!! We actually returned all 4 that were incorrect. We also never even opened the screen of any laptops, since we knew right away that these were not the correct laptops they shipped us. Now they are trying to charge us over $200 for a "broken screen" which is not even broken! These were returned in the exact same condition that they were sent to us in. They were literally opened for less than 1 minute. Just trying to scam us -- we purchase hundreds of laptops since we are in the IT business and have never had a slack company like this every try and do this to us, especially when they don't even send what you purchased. They are just scam artists!! Be aware and stay away!!Initial Complaint

Bought a computer and they sent a totally inferior computer, sent it back to company and they sent another different computer than what I purchased. Trying to return it and get a total refund and they responded i have to call ************, its not a working number.Initial Complaint

Item: Gaming PC ************* core i7, TechMagnet Horizon+ with ***-**** 12GB GDDR6, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, HDMI, DVI, VGA, Gaming Kit, Wi-Fi, Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)Bought on amazon for: $1030.93 Order#: 112-0448219-1707434 Product was purchased: 1/17/23 Product proved defective: 6/20/23 Product was sold to me with insufficient power source resulting in GPU or CPU burning up and rendering the pc no longer usable. Nowhere on the amazon product page does seller list power source size, nor do they advise purchasing a stronger power source. Product began to smell of electrical fire during use and displays went black. A similar issue was reported on the product page from another buyer:1.0 out of 5 stars Caught fire Reviewed in ***************** on May 22, 2023 Size: 480GB SSD/2TB HDDStyle: ***-**** ************************* supply not adequate for *** ****. The psu in the unit was rated at 290W. The *** **** needs minimum 550W. The unit caught fire as a result. I thought I could buy a pre-built unit. I've now had to upgrade the motherboard and psu to get unit back up and running. Do not buy unless you want to deal with spontaneous combustion."Between the I7 processor and rtx **** Gpu this setup would need at least a 550 w power source to run it without damaging the hardware. This company is either dishonest or incompetent.After contacting technical support I was offered no recompense and told to take my complaint to Amazon. I was not offered a full or partial refund nor was I offered replacement parts for the pc. I have filed a complaint with Amazon, but I believe this should be on the seller to make right. I payed over 1k for a product that lasted 5 months. To put that into context the average pc lasts between 3-8 years and what would be considered a "very good" pc would cost between $800-$1000. The level of customer service was shameful and this company needs to be held accountable.
