The company provided me a quote to install 4 ton complete Air Conditioning and heating system of Trane brand listing equipment and accessories needed to complete installation. The Trane Air Conditioning and heating system was installed on September 29, 2021. However, on repeated contacts the company has not provided list of equipment and accessories installed with Trane equipment serial numbers. In order to register with Trane for warranty each equipment serial number is required and provide revised company invoice with each equipment serial number and accessories installed. We are unable to find TEM6A0C48H41SA Air Handler installed. The Company charged for circuit breaker but never installed. The company representative ****** **** has been providing misleading and incorrect information. The Company invoice quote incorrect claim of 15 years manufacturer warranty whereas, Trane honor only 10 years warrantyBusiness response

The detail of equipment with serial number never provided as the company has received from Trane Inc. The invoice with equipment listing including serial number must be provided. Acerts Inc provide initial quote but did not provide the copy of invoice from Trane Inc with all the equipment installed. Acerts did not explain and did not clarify why they resort to providing incorrect information such as, Furnace cover 5 years of warranty by the Trane Inc. Serial no's are always on the unit anyone can get the serial no's. from the units. We have explained him since his talent lost the warranty card that should not matter his warranty is Valid. Acerts Inc most irresponsible people with no ethics or norms of industry principles. They never provided warranty card to tenant. Upon several calls Mieyer k*** tried to persuade me not file warranty with Trane Inc. Mr K*** falsely claimed warranty is only for 5 years. Upon my inquiry with Trane Inc. they said if warranty is not filed then it would be limited to 5 years. Acerts Inc charged me for replacing circuit breaker but they didn't replace it. Acerts should refund $150 of circuit breaker.
